Media Team Tech Booth
Greeting
Greeters offer a warm and friendly welcome to visitors as they enter the church each Sunday.
Ushering
Ushers welcome worshippers into the sanctuary and hand out the weekly bulletin. They also pass the collection plate during the offertory and direct worshippers during Communion.
Media Operation
The Media Team includes audio, camera, and projection operators as well as a social media moderator who stream Sunday worship services to YouTube. In preparation for worship each week, team members also produce worship notes/directions along with PowerPoint slides and camera decks.
Communion Preparation
Volunteers prepare the elements for both the 8:30am and 11am services and straighten up the trays and paraments after worship on Sunday.
Decoration
Some examples include assisting with set-up and removal of decorations, pew candle holders, and flowers during Advent and Lent.
Sanctuary Set-up
Set-up may include straightening up the hymnals, Bibles, and envelopes in the pews and occasionally polishing the pews and dusting the cross.
